You can ask us to delete your MartBridge account and the personal data linked
to it. This page exists so you can do that without needing to log in — as Google
Play requires.
How to request deletion. Email
support@martbridge.in from the
address or phone number on the account, with the subject
"Delete my account". Tell us your shop name and registered phone
number so we can identify you. We verify every request before acting.
What happens next
We acknowledge within 7 days.
We complete deletion within 30 days of verifying you.
We confirm in writing when it is done.
What gets deleted
Your login, password hash, name, phone and email.
Your shop address and any GPS coordinates you provided.
Item images you uploaded.
Order history that is not part of a tax record.
What we must keep, and why
Indian tax law obliges us to retain issued GST invoices and the accounting
records around them — currently up to eight years. Where an
invoice carries your name or GSTIN, we cannot erase it before then; we restrict
it to legal use only and delete it when the period expires. This is a legal
obligation, not a choice.
Deleting the app
Uninstalling the app does not delete your account — the data lives on
the server. Use the email route above.
