MartBridge is billing and inventory software operated by Panyam Pavani Yadav, trading as RK Stores ("we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it. It covers the MartBridge Android app, the web application and the public storefront.

We do not collect contacts, photos, SMS, call logs, precise background location, advertising identifiers or biometrics. The app has no analytics or advertising SDKs.
Only the service providers that run the product:

We also disclose data where the law requires it. We never sell personal data.
On servers in the United States (Render and Neon). By using MartBridge you consent to that transfer. Everything is encrypted in transit over HTTPS.
Invoices and accounting records are retained while your account is active and afterwards for as long as Indian tax law requires (currently up to eight years for GST records). Delete your account and we remove personal data that we are not legally obliged to keep — see Data deletion.
You may ask us to access, correct, export or delete your personal data. Write to support@martbridge.in and we will respond within 30 days. You may also withdraw location permission at any time in Android's app settings.
Passwords are hashed with Argon2. Traffic is encrypted with TLS. Access is restricted by role-based permissions. No system is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise — if a breach affects you, we will tell you.
MartBridge is business software and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
If we change this policy we will update the date above and, for significant changes, notify you in the app.
