These terms govern your use of MartBridge, operated by Panyam Pavani Yadav, trading as RK Stores. By using the app or website you accept them.
MartBridge is billing, inventory and order-management software for wholesale and retail businesses. It helps you produce GST-compliant documents. It is not accounting, tax or legal advice, and we are not your tax agent. You remain responsible for what you file.
Do not use MartBridge to break the law, issue false or misleading invoices, upload malware, attempt to breach or overload the service, or store other people's personal data without a lawful basis.
Your business records remain yours. You grant us only the permission needed to host and display them for you. Item images you mark for the storefront are shown publicly — that is the point of the storefront.
We give no uptime guarantee. The service may be unavailable for maintenance, provider outages or reasons beyond our control. Keep your own backups of records you cannot afford to lose.
MartBridge computes GST from the rates, HSN codes and state codes you enter. Wrong inputs give wrong tax. Check your invoices and returns before you rely on or file them.
The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or loss of data. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Chittoor, Andhra Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction.
